COVID- 19

Effective June 2, 2021, we’re offering both curbside and in-person appointments.

When you make an appointment, please let our staff know if you would like to come inside with your pet. We will continue to offer curbside if you prefer to hang out in your car while your pet has their appointment. We’ll review all the details with you when you make the appointment.
😺 For either appointment type, please still stay in your car and call us when you arrive. ⁣
🐶 We’ll pop out and get you/your pet for the appointment when we have a room ready. ⁣⁣
😷 Masks will now be optional for both employees and pet parents. We will be checking the temperatures of everyone entering the building. ⁣

We’ll continue to offer telemedicine appointments

  • We provide telemedicine appointments with live time video using Facetime and Google Duo interfaces.
  • If you are ill and your pet needs care we will support you with any means we can. Please call or text (614) 871-7705 for details on other options for communication.

Medication and Food Delivery

  • Medication and food delivery can be initiated for long term medications and foods directly from our website by clicking “online store” at the top of the page.
  • We are happy to coordinate medication and food delivery for items needed urgently as well. Please call or text (614) 871-7705 for details and options.
